Bayer administration building in Diegem, Belgium.

The Bayer administration building in Belgium was created with the aim of showing the way for climate protection throughout Europe. Consuming 40 percent less energy than standard office buildings today, the project in Diegem is a further step in the right direction – towards lower emissions.
Innovative office building covers an area of around 13,000 m², including an underground parking lot
Polyurethane insulation cuts CO2 emissions by around 300 metric tons per year, equivalent to 110,000 liters of heating oil
Consumes only 60 percent of the energy required by conventional office buildings today
LED elements in the outdoor media display are protected by placing them in tubes made of Makrolon®
Healthy indoor environment due to solvent-free polyurethane floor coating
