Bayer MaterialScience is now utilizing the benefits of eBusiness. In order to achieve our primary goal – customer satisfaction – we work to continuously optimize not only our products but also our services. To this end, we seek to enhance the business processes we use for serving our customers.
Our eBusiness activities are one element of this. We are investing in the development and growth of eBusiness structures and in other electronic portals such as Elemica (a transaction portal).
