With regard to the implementation of the European chemicals regulation REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals), we at Bayer MaterialScience are in direct contact with our customers and suppliers. Our HSEQ department (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) works closely with experts from Procurement and from each of our Business Groups: Polyurethanes (PUR), Coatings, Adhesives and Specialties (CAS), Polycarbonates (PCS), Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU) and Basic Chemicals (BC). This team coordinates all the activities necessary for full and efficient compliance with the REACH requirements.

Having successfully completed the pre-registration process, we have created the conditions necessary for the continued marketing of our products and can now proceed with their registration within the specified deadlines. Our goal is to continue covering all the applications that are now being supported, and to ensure a reliable supply of products to our customers.
