Innovation Center in Greater Noida, India.

The Innovation Center in India is the first ground-breaking example of a zero-emissions building. The first project that was undertaken as part of the EcoCommercial Building program was carried out in cooperation with prominent partners in India. Bayer Technology Services worked with architects Banz & Riecks and the energy specialist solares bauen GmbH to adapt the design study for the BMS Innovation Center to suit local climatic conditions and the technical infrastructure at the site. The investment costs came to approximately EUR 5 million. And the motivation for future projects is infinite!
